Community Terms & Conditions
The ‘community’ is 7th Sense Research UK Ltd’s (7th Sense) market research community. The term ‘community’ is also sometimes known as a ‘panel’.
Community Activity
As a member of the community, you will have the opportunity to participate in market research activities including short surveys, discussions, concept tests and more.
Participation
Participation in the community is free.
As a participant, you will receive an invitation from 7th Sense’s community platform/software to participate in specific market research activities. 7th Sense will be provided with your contact details by a third-party (usually a specific market research recruitment specialist). 7th Sense will then use these details to send you an invitation to the community.
Becoming a participant may require you to register on our community platform/software before commencing with any market research activities.
7th Sense reserves the right to refuse any participant registration.
You undertake that all information you provide as a community participant, when registering and taking part, will be true and accurate, and will not be false or misleading.
By submitting that information to 7th Sense, you hereby certify all assertions made under these Terms & Conditions and agree that you authorise 7th Sense to confirm the veracity of such information.
By agreeing to participate, you consent to 7th Sense holding, storing and processing your personal data. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more information https://www.7thsr.co.uk/privacy-policy
You can terminate your participation at any time. If you wish to do so you can contact the moderator on the community, relevant 7th Sense project manager or third-party recruiter.
7th Sense may suspend or terminate your participation if one of the following events occurs:
· you breach any of these Terms & Conditions
· you misuse your participation in the community or use it for any improper purpose
· if your participant responses to activities are subject to investigation in regard to data integrity, reliability or validity
Your Community Registration
You may only register once per community, per project. Your account is not transferrable. You will be asked to provide, as a minimum, a personal email address and a password to register with our community.
Please do not disclose your password to anyone else, you are responsible for keeping it safe.
7th Sense will not be liable for any unauthorised use of your account, which includes unauthorised use of your email address and password.
Conduct
7th Sense relies on accurate data to serve its clients that reflect the true opinions of our participants. As a participant, you agree to provide truthful and well-considered answers to our market research activities.
It is a condition of participation that the community participant agrees to refrain from any action which would negatively impact 7th Sense, its reputation, services, management, employees or clients, except when required by law. Participants must be respectful at all times to other community participants, 7th Sense staff and clients.
Incentives
You may earn incentives by successfully completing our market research activities.
Incentives will be provided at the completion of your participation in market research activities. Typically, incentives will be offered in one (or more) of the following formats:
· Amazon e-voucher
· Bank transfer
· Charity donation
Some incentives may be subject to an expiration date – the details of which will be provided on a project-by-project basis. Incentives not redeemed within any specified timeframe will expire and will no longer be available for redemption.
On completion of your participation in our community, incentives will typically be paid out/offered within 14 working days of the final, completed activity.
Incentives may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold and are not transferrable upon death, by gift, as part of a domestic relations matter, or otherwise, except by operation of law.
7th Sense reserves the right to withhold awarding incentives (in whole or in part) to a participate if, in 7th Sense’s reasonable view, their responses are untruthful, not well considered or they have not completed the activities as required.
Intellectual Property
All pages and content within or linking to the community platform/software, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, audio, video, photographs, surveys, questionnaires, image or video or any other media documents displayed in an activity and logos are proprietary and the intellectual property of, or are authorised for use by, 7th Sense and its partners, clients and affiliates. This includes all trademarks, copyrights, patents and confidential information.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions or by 7th Sense in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, display, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any content of from our community platform/software.
Changes to the Terms & Conditions
All information in these Term & Conditions is subject to change without notice and without liability.
7th Sense reserves the right at any time and from time to time, to modify or amend these Terms or any part thereof, without notice to you. Your participation in any community activities constitutes an agreement to be bound by the latest Terms.
